Development Control Management: | Within the scope of development control management, the Development Manager will execute the following key functions: Oversee the development control processes across six clusters, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and contribution to collective project objectives. Monitor each cluster's compliance with the Detailed Master Plan (DMP), actively managing variations and coordinating with the sitewide team in line with NEOM's procedures. Maintain a comprehensive asset register in line with DMP controls for accurate asset tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Note: the asset register for Trojena is a comprehensive and detailed tracking tool that contains vital information about each asset, including its size, function, and other key characteristics. It is an indispensable resource for effective asset management, aiding in operational planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making throughout the lifecycle of the development.
