Control Tower Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics

NEOM will be the benchmark for the world’s next generation integrated port, supply chain & logistics ecosystem.


Working with customers and suppliers across NEOM, our Supply Chain & Logistics team will provide real-time visibility and control over the entire process to our customers.


You will be part of our Freight Forwarding team and in charge of designing and implementing our Control Tower function, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through visibility, order management and transportation management solutions.


You will define the roadmap, collect high level business requirements from both Internal and External customers and drive to establish a best in class and technologically advanced Control Tower function.

  • Accountable for developing the roadmap for the establishment of the Control Tower Team along with its products and services which will serve as core value add differentiators to our customers
  • Drive cross division and functional communication in order to ensure continuous improvement and a best in class forward thinking product offering for NEOM
  • Accountable for enabling integrated solutions, defining cross product requirements, and delivering seamlessness to our customer experience
  • Establishing protocol for new account start ups and implementations
  • Provide training and tools for new hires and/or continuous education for all assigned team members
  • Review, define and implement new processes to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • To build, empower and inspire a high performing team of program managers and data analysts.
  • To enable the control tower function to deliver against operational commitments
  • To develop end ensure an audit program for governance. Ensuring improvement plans are documented and delivered against.
  • To establish the framework for business reviews and ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.
  • To drive standardization and scalability of operational processes in control environments.
  • To translate structural issues and risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training and policies.
  • To support projects and initiatives related to improving customer acquisition, implementations as well as product/system development.
  • Executing reviews for direct reports and managing HR related issues
  • Attending weekly management meetings and ensuring relevant issues are addressed
  • Maintaining customer relationships at a senior level
  • Act as senior point of escalation
  • Monitor account profitability and review account strategies in conjunction with the commercial account owner



  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in international freight forwarding and logistics
  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain, International business, Project Management or related discipline
  • Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong focus on product content and stakeholder alignment.
  • Advanced understanding of international supply chain concepts i.e. Principles of inventory management, distribution, procurement
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics domain with focus on global supply chain processes and Order Management
  • Experience in C-suite management level customer interaction
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, manage and support a large team
  • Demonstrate initiative and a forward thinking approach to the management of the business and its people
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple individuals and accounts at multiple management and staff levels
  • Interpersonal skills demonstrated in both internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions at a high level
  • Good communication skills on all levels internally and externally
  • The ability to devise creative solutions and to think and act at a strategic rather than an operational level
  • To be able to effect operational and cultural change where necessary
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Products; Knowledge of Supply Chain Modeling Tools helpful
  • Strong technical understanding of Systems like, ERP systems, EDI concepts and processes
