Corporate & External Relations Specialist

Summary

 

Develop and maintain partnership with governments entities and E&W for the administrative activities and operations to maintain continuous and effective relationships

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

Partnership

 

•             Manage, maintain and facilitate the relationships between E&W and NEOM Company

•             Manage, maintain and facilitate the relationships between E&W and NEOM Company and Government and Semi-Government entities

•             Act as the point of contact with external Government and non-government stakeholders regarding any question, follow up, or upcoming Interface

•             Ensure effective collaboration on all administrative activities and operations, permits, authorizations requests, alignment, coordination, information exchange or other matters impacting the capabilities of E&W to deliver its roadmap

 

 

Project Support

 

•             Assess and provide risk identification, mitigation or risk avoidance strategies and other solutions for business to ensure resolving all high priority risks as they are encountered

 

 

People Management

 

•             Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

•             Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

 

 

Education & Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in Business Development
  • Good interpersonal skills to enable professional discussions with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abstract problem solving and logical reasoning
  • Highly effective communication and customer relationship skills with the ability to network and influence
  • Works effectively on multiple activities, setting priority levels and service delivery standards
  • Adapts to short timescales and changing deadlines ensuring high standards are not compromised under pressure
  • Solutions based with strong planning, organizational and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite, accustomed to measuring, reporting and presenting information
  • Advanced analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop trust and use logic to gain commitment with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent MS computer software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
