Digital Change Agent

Summary

 

 

Digital Change Agent will lead the Digital Diagnostic across Water Sector, on all areas related to business processes and ways of working, in close collaboration with the Business Design and Digital Water teams.

Drive change and learning activities to support the creation of the NEOM Water utility of the future.

Defines overall change strategy and leads delivery efforts for each change project. Will provide the business analysis on digital gaps, and lead, develop and implement digital transformation processes.

The key aspect of this role is to provide Change Management and Training/Learning expertise and leadership to support the business and people side of change.

Is responsible for the on-time and on-cost delivery of digital transformation processes.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Drive Organisational Change Management activities within the water Sector including stakeholder analysis; leadership alignment & engagement; change communications; change readiness assessments; job/role impact analysis; learning/training; post launch support; and key performance indicators
  • Responsible for digital improvement of manual processes, Digital Ways of Working and Digital Collaboration Practices throughout all Water Business areas
  • Work within the water team to prepare diagnostics on ongoing issues, complex problems and focus on operational efficiency and capacity improvements
  • Identify and implement value creation opportunities
  • Journey mapping
  • Alignment of the Organization/Operation Model in collaboration with Business Excellence Lead
  • Support and assist on job-role mapping
  • Create and manage measurement systems using targets and key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual and organization-wide changes, assuring clarity and transparency of ongoing change projects
  • Summarise optimization opportunities and generate ideas of the solutions to be implemented
  • Accountable for design and implementation projects, and their delivery on-time and on-budget
  • Be an agent of change within the water sector
  • Development of training strategies. Material development and train the trainer
  • Support the operational excellence program and its improvement activities
  • Measure user adoption tracking and management
  • Value realization
  • Share best practices and consistently drive to improve performance

 

 

 

Education & Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Learning, Communications, Organization Behaviour, Organization Development or similar field
  • Desirable certification on PROSCI, Agile methodologies
  • Desirable Certification on Project Management or Agile PRINCE2 or PMI for example
  • 5 years of combined experience in Change and Training
  • 2 years’ experience with Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies
  • Familiar with Business Process Management
  • Experience in process design, mapping processes and documenting requirements
  • Familiar with Business Process Modelling Notation standard
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Adaptability and ability to deal with uncertainties. Agile Environment leading
  • Analytical thinking combined with logical reasoning
  • Interpersonal, social and communications skills in a multicultural environment
  • Strong coaching, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with developing business agility awareness
  • Excellent people-management skills related to the impact of change with the ability to understand how people react to major change and able to handle it appropriately
  • Qualification in Business Analysis or business processes would be highly desirable
