We are seeking a senior communication manager to lead all communication activities for NEOM’s investments strategy and initiatives to various internal and external investors and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, planning and executing all communications and out reach activities. You will have at least 15+ years’ experience managing communication projects for a large, dynamic and decentralized organization.


Key Accountabilities & Activities:


  • Contribute to the design and implementation of NEOM’s investment strategy by providing innovative communications content that will support the overall investment strategy and position NEOM as a premier destination investment
  • Develop, lead and implement comprehensive Investment communication strategies to align with NEOM’s strategic communication goals
  • Plan and oversee the development of all investment communications activities in consultation with the CIO, Sector Heads and the NEOM corporate Communication Team
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of Investment communication materials
  • Work with the various  communication departments to generate new ideas and strategies
  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums
  • Storyboard or translate ideas to deliver effective briefs to the internal creative team and external partners
  • Develop innovative communication platforms to support investment initiatives
  • Lead and manage relationships with all external (agencies) and align internally with all partners for any investment conference, roadshow, investment campaign, social media activities
  • Lead the development of the investment office communication calendar and align with all internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and utilize  agreed upon budgets for creative, brand and investment office marketing and ensure regular updates are completed as and when required by the business.
  • Contribute to NEOM investment objectives and goals by providing innovative investment options to support NEOM investment strategy.
  • Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Investment Division
  • Take responsibility, in collaboration with the CIO for building and maintaining a high-performance team
  • Participate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Investment Sector
  •  Promote a high- functioning working environment embracing NEOM’s value


Background, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in managing corporate communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is also desirable)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
