We require a seasoned professional who has extensive investor experience with entrepreneurial skills and looks to the future with optimism to envision what could be possible. Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision. Develop investor confidence and belief in NEOM vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
• Manage equity research and investor relationships
• Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
• Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
• Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs, and concerns are identified and met
• Help to deliver high quality, innovative project solutions that provide real value to NEOM
• Contribute to discussions and decision making about the business future
• Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors
• Assess and provide risk identification, mitigation or risk avoidance strategies and other solutions for business with external stakeholders and ensure resolving all high priority risks as they are encountered
• Organize the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
• Conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

Background, Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10 or more years experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community
• Strong interpersonal skills to enable professional discussions with partners /stakeholders
• Team player
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abstract problem solving
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Excellent MS computer software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

   Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
