Marketing Director, NEOM Investment Office (Job Location in Sharma, NEOM)

The Marketing Director for the NEOM Investment Office will lead the development of the Neom Investment strategy, manage the development of all creative content & sector Investment marketing.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsabilities:

 

  • To develop, lead and Implement comprehensive Investment marketing strategies to align with NEOM’s strategic Marketing goals
  • To manage relationships with all external (agencies) and internal partners (Sectors, procurement, Consumer Insights & dev marketing, Communications and others) to ensure all key deliverables are defined and met.
  • To lead on the development of all consumer facing creative development to build on the NEOM brand story with the aim of attracting investors to Neom.
  • To develop a framework for all sector marketing, working in partnership with investment leads for all sectors to deliver marketing strategies and executional plans aligned to sector delivery timelines.
  • Lead the development of the 12 month rolling investment marketing calendar and align all internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of all 3rd party partnerships and maximize benefit to the investment office
  • Work closely with the digital team to develop a digital platform to promote investment opportunities in Neom.
  • Support the design, of content, and production of Investment communication materials
  • Work with sectors and different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
  • Respond to Marketing-related issues in a timely manner
  • Storyboard or translate ideas to deliver effective briefs to the internal creative team and external partners
  • Lead and manage relationships with all external (agencies) and align internally with all partners for any investment conference, roadshow, investment campaign, social media activities
  • Manage the agreed budgets for creative, brand and investment office marketing and ensure regular updates are completed as and when required by the business.
  • Contribute to NEOM investment objectives and goals by providing innovative investment options to support NEOM investment strategy.
  • Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Investment Division
  • Take responsibility, in collaboration with the CIO for building and maintaining a high-performance team
  • Participate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Investment Sector
  • Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s value

 

Background, Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing Corporate Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
