Product Owner - Water Customer Solutions

Summary

 

To identify, prioritize, and communicate the user stories in order to meet the business requirements and deliver the best digital solutions within the world’s most ambitious and advanced Water solutions at NEOM.

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Being the single point of contact for the Technical Project Manager and team developing digital products.
  • Ensuring progress and supporting the prioritization and stakeholder management.
  • Arranging Sprint Reviews and other agile rituals with the scrum team.
  • Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide feedback.
  • Work with KPIs and web analytics to improve online solutions.
  • Collaborating with Information Security Lead to conduct Assessments of Security and Data Privacy
  • Collaborating with Business Process Team to define how the digital solution and the business process align.
  • Providing timely reports and updates to the internal customer (Water team).
  • Track and monitor the performance of the product being delivered.
  • Work closely with the rest of the CST team, including Design and Product colleagues.
  • Manage E2E projects with a vendor working on user research, design, and implementation.
  • Ensure customer-centricity and great digital solutions.
  • Coordinate user testing, interviews, and other types of user research.
  • Arrange presentations and similar stakeholder management.
  • Provide end-to-end project management.
  • Scope project requirements and prepare the budget.
  • Writing RFPs and SOWs to kick off new initiatives.
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.

 

 

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Proven track record with digital solutions and working with scrum teams.
  • Proven track record working with UX research and design processes.
  • In-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals.
  • Familiarity with agile principles.
  • Knowledge on Customer Centricity and Design Thinking.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Attention to details.
  • Adaptability and ability to deal with uncertainties.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
  • Preferable experience from a utility company
