Role Purpose

Contribute to the successful implementation of program management and transformation for NEOM Authority

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

 

  • Direct and manage the execution of complex transformation projects while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the program/project lifecycles
  • Collect regular updates from all project teams, analyze updates, monitor and report relevant KPIs, answer queries from project teams, schedule meetings for updates and follow up on action items
  • Support scheduling of meetings with senior stakeholders, participate in meetings to document proceedings, share and follow-up with project teams on action items from meetings
  • Create and present professional presentations and reports visual and written and be creative in delivering the right message in management reports
  • Support the communication of project status and results both to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of the program management responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the large number of teams for all project phases and processes
  • Analyze and manage project risks
  • BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong planning, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Strong capabilities in change management and communication
  • Project scheduling skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines  
  • Flexibility to work on different projects
  • Open to learning new technologies and solutions for program management

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential and prior experience of working with PowerBI dashboards is highly desirable
  • PMP certified is a must
  • Exceptional communication (both in verbal and written) skills and ability to communicate executive level messaging, reports and presentations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
